Giuseppe Astarita, PhD, is a scientist and a dad from Southern Italy. For more than twenty years he has studied how the molecules in our body change in health and disease, from nutrition to the early signs of brain and metabolic disorders. Beyond the lab, he writes about the food of Campania, where he grew up, and in his spare time makes small apps for children and families.
